Yes. You are required to present your valid ID/ passport during check in for registration purpose.
Our hotel do not provides free car park for in-house guest. However, there are Ample Parking spaces in front and around the hotel by Sibu Municipal Council (SMC). Charges applies during weekday office hours only. You need to display valid parking coupon.
Yes. All prices stated in this website are inclusive of 6% Service Tax. Any new tax introduction by government or its agencies will also be included unless otherwise mentioned.
No. Our hotel does not offer currency exchange. Licensed Foreign Currency Exchange and bank are available near the area.
Yes. We tried our best to get your room ready before your arrival. If due to situation your room is not ready, you can store your bag at our bell counter and it’s free of charge. Same goes on your check out day. It’s our service to you.
Yes. The hotel will collect certain amount by cash or secured through your credit card depend on the room category as security deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check out based on your room condition or any other expenses incurred during your period of stay.
