Yes. We tried our best to get your room ready before your arrival. If due to situation your room is not ready, you can store your bag at our bell counter and it’s free of charge. Same goes on your check out day. It’s our service to you.
Yes. The hotel will collect certain amount by cash or secured through your credit card depend on the room category as security deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check out based on your room condition or any other expenses incurred during your period of stay.
